Shipping and delivery

Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution centre.

Please allow for 1-7 business days for processing at our distribution centre according to our stock before your order is shipped.

The estimated delivery time is depending on the shipping country.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

We deliver worldwide.

The shipping cost are free worldwide. Unless you chose Express delivery which cost is dependent on which country you are based in.

Customer is responsible for resend shipping cost if parcels are returned because of insufficient/wrong address and contact information.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

ABBIFIIED unfortunately cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. This is determined by your local country rules and regulations.

If applicable, any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered.

ABBIFIIED unfortunately cannot advise what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country.

If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to ABBIFIIED.

In the event that this happens, you will be refunded your order once it is received back to our facility, excluding the cost we incurred for shipping your item as this aspect of your order was fulfilled.

 

Yes.

We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days. 

Customers may need to go to the local courier to pick up parcels for APO/FPO/DPO address orders.

All items are separately packed in plastic to prevent damaging and will be delivered in a secure shipping bag.

Multiple items within an order are shipped separately as it may come from different warehouses.

Yes you can.

Tracking information will begin delivering upon dispatch of your order. You will receive your tracking number via the email you placed your order through.

Please check your junk/spam folder in case you’re unable to find your dispatch email.

If you’d like to track your order via your local courier, please use our Track Order Page .

Please submit a ticket within 3 months of shipment if you have not received your item.

*Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

We are not liable for any losses incurred during any Natural disasters (inclusive of, but not limited to Floods, Fires, Tornados),  Terrorist attacks or Threats of Terrorism, Customs service strikes/ Postal Service Strikes, Civil Conflict, Riots, Invasions or Occupancy, Extreme Weather Conditions,  or Failure of telecommunication Networks.

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska cannot be delivered via express.

Returns and exchanges

Yes, the full amount of your order will be refunded. If you choose your order to be delivered with Express shipping, we will not refund the initial cost for shipping.

Please note, we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items.

We will complete your refund after your return item is received back at our facility and all details are confirmed.

Please expect refunds back on original method of payment with 15 days after refund confirmation.

Yes, you can return your products purchased in the Sale. However we can not refund orders which are placed in the Sale. Instead you will receive a store credit of the same amount as the order value.

The only reason we won't accept a return is if it is contrary our guidelines. If you send something back to us and we cannot credit you for it, we will not return it to back to the sender. If you would like it shipped back, you need to pay for the the shipping costs or it will remain in our returns centre for 90 days before being discarded. Shipping costs will vary based on your location.

Online orders

Changed your mind? No worries at all.

Please contact our customer Service team as soon as possible at  support@abbifiied.com.  In case your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order immediatly and your order will be refunded. If your order already has been shipped, unfortunately we can not cancel your order anymore.

Normally we do not restock any sold items from previous collections. However it is possible a sold out size of an item will be back online. In which we would let you know if you signed up for our Newsletter and updates.

We can change your item / shipping address before item ship. Please email to support@abbifiied.com immediately with following information:

     -Order number

     -Wrong item name / shipping address

     -Correct item name, size, and color / shipping address

We are unable to make any changes or amendments to your order if your order has shipped.

We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a unsatisfactory, faulty or damaged item, please send an email to  support@abbifiied.com  with following information:

-Your order number

-Which item is damaged

-Photographic evidence

-Photo of the label

Please do not return any Items unless received an approval of return by email from our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time. 

All labels must still be attached to return the goods. Item(s) cannot be returned if the label has been cut/removed.

Please note, that if the item has been worn, washed or used in any way with all labels attached, your item cannot be returned due to industry standards on Health and Hygiene, and wear and tear. 

If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it immediately to customer support! at  support@abbifiied.com

All claims for parcels arriving damaged , faulty Items or any reason must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

- After you have informed us, you have another period of 14 days  in which you must return your item to ABBIFIIED.

Please formally register your intent to return filling out our Y online sheet provided here: https://abbifiied.myreturnscenter.com/.

Provide your email address you used for your purchase and the order number you received up on creating the order.
